The look and feel of our bespoke Sandstone basins are raw and organic. The texture feels slightly coarse on the outside but is glazed on the inside. Each piece is hand thrown on a pottery wheel.

ORDERS ARE WELCOME - If a basin appear as sold out on our website, you are welcome to contact us to place an order. Orders can take between 3 to 6 weeks subject to the waiting list as well as loadshedding schedules.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

This stoneware basin has been handmade with our sandstone clay which has a coarse texture to give it that earthy feel. Stoneware is robust, but keep in mind that this type of ceramic basin is not as robust as standard porcelain bathroom basins. Stoneware will however not easily chip. If scratches do appear, it can be wiped off with water.

SHIPPING 

Free delivery on orders exceeding R1000. A flat delivery fee of R150 applies for orders below R1000. Online orders can take between 2 to 7 working days for delivery, depending on your location. Delivery time for custom orders may vary.

RETURNS

You may return your order for a full refund within 7 days of delivery. The pottery must reach us undamaged in order for you to be eligible for a refund. The return of the pottery is at your own risk and expense. We do not accept returns for custom orders or special made orders.

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged pottery, please contact us immediately (within 24hours of delivery) and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
