Refund policy

Returns

We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases and do offer a 7 day return policy. This means that customers have 7 calendar days (including weekends and public holidays) after receiving their order to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need show us your proof of purchase. You as the purchaser will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

We do not accept returns for custom orders or special made orders.

Contact us at sales@motherearthpottery.com to request your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your returned item. Sending items back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damaged items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receipt) if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can correct the matter.

Please keep in mind that some of our pottery have been made using certain raku techniques which causes a cracked texture. This is purposefully done as part of the appeal to raku pottery. Cracks are only at surface level and will not affect the structure of the pottery.
