Local Orders (South Africa)

Our pottery is shipped throughout South Africa using a reliable courier service. We charge standard economy shipping rates which is based on the weight of the pottery and your location. The rate will display at checkout as a flat rate. 

Courier delivery times range between 7 to 21 days depending on pottery availability, your location, whether your order is a custom order, loadshedding schedules, festive season sales, etc. But please let us know if you need your order by a certain date so that we can try and accommodate you. For custom orders, we will inform you by when we expect to complete your order. You will be able to track your order on the courier's website.

Please take care to fill in the correct physical address where you would like your pottery delivered. Courier services may charge an additional surcharge if incorrect addresses are provided, which will be for your account.

International Orders

We do not ship internationally at this stage and customers will need to make their own arrangements in this regard.
