Saggar firing is a process where natural materials like coarse salt, grass and seaweed are placed around the item and fired. The heating process then creates gasses which causes various patterns and colours to develop.

A flat delivery fee will be applied at check out. Online orders can take between 2 to 7 working days for delivery, depending on your location. Delivery time for custom orders may vary.

RETURNS

You may return your order for a full refund within 7 days of delivery. The pottery must reach us undamaged in order for you to be eligible for a refund. The return of the pottery is at your own risk and expense. We do not accept returns for custom orders or special made orders.

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged pottery, please contact us immediately (within 24hours of delivery) and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
